Cancelation, Payment and Liability Policy

By scheduling your lesson you agree to the following:

Breath and Bow Studio Liability, Payment and Cancelation Policy

Payment Policy: Payment is due at the time you schedule your lessons.  All payments are final. No refunds will be issued. By scheduling your lessons, you agree to make payments on time and as agreed upon based on the lesson package you are purchasing.

Cancelation policy:  By scheduling your lessons, you agree to keep those lesson times. All lessons must occur during the time frame agreed upon at time of scheduling and payment. If a situation arises where you cannot make your lesson, please follow a 48 hour cancelation policy. Please contact me by email at BreathAndBowStudio [at] Gmail [dot] com AND by phone or text (provided when you register)  (please note, I do not get cell reception at my house. So please always email communications as well as calling or texting)

If you are registered for the 12 lesson semester series, up to two lessons canceled 48 hours prior to the scheduled time can be made up during the designated make up weeks. For all other programs, there are no makeup lesson weeks, but lessons canceled within 48 hours can be re-scheduled within that same week, pending availability. Exceptions are made on a case by case basis for emergency cancelation, pending my availability. If you are 15 minutes late for your lesson without communication, the lesson is forfeited.

Arrival Time:  Please arrive 5 minutes before the designated start time of your lesson to allow time to settle in and get instruments ready. Following the lesson, please allow a few minutes for a brief check in so there is clarity on what we worked on and what your child is expected to practice.

Liability Agreement: Emma Back, Breath and Bow, She Sings Out Loud, Vermont Violins and Monteverdi Music School are not liable for behavior or choices regarding practice, instrument care, or the success of your child on the instrument. We are devoted to the well-being of your child and empowering your child to feel excited and expressive in music, but are not responsible for any accidents or other concerns that occur during or after lesson time. You are responsible for the well-being of your child and must supervise your child prior to and following lessons.
